Appraisals

Heritage Sales and Appraisals, Inc. has been in business for over 25 years and has a solid reputation for the quality of our appraisals. My daughter Katherine Paton Cutlip and I, Renis Paton, are both members of the International Society of Appraisers (ISA). The ISA is a professional appraisers’ organization, which requires high standards of education, testing and knowledge of appraisal practices. We are USPAP compliant in accordance with our apprasial association.  We are confident of our ability to recognize and value both fine antiques and more common household property.

We conduct 25-40 appraisals each year. Our clients are mainly Individuals, Lawyers, and Bank Trust Departments, including SunTrust Bank, Bank of America, and Wachovia. We also perform many appraisals in retirement homes such as The Mayflower, Winter Park Towers and Village on The Green. We will gladly provide references upon request.
