Rates

Rates for Estate Sales are as follows:

For Estate Sales on Site or Location, the commission rate is 35%.

For Items taken on Consignment, we charge a 40% commission.

Rates for Appraisals are as follows:

For one appraiser, we charge $150.00 per hour

For two appraisers, we charge $250.00 per hour

We require a one hour minimum.

We allow one free hour of travel time.  Thereafter, travel time is $50.00 per hour.
